Each year, Pack 118 participates in the Suwannee River Area Council’s annual popcorn sale. This important fundraiser generates necessary funds to support the national and council levels of Scouting and contributes to our pack’s program costs. In addition, a portion of each Cub Scout’s popcorn sales are set aside by the pack to defray his cost of attending the pack’s Annual Trip. Show and Sell Information
Pack 118 will be selling popcorn at various locations this year (known as “Show-N-Sell”). Each den has been assigned a shift during which it will need to attend and sell as a den. The pack will also have shifts available for individual Scouts who wish to sell more. The sales from Show-N-Sell shifts are averaged, and then each Scout selling at the shift receives credit toward his popcorn Sales Prizes. Please see the Sign-Up Genius for individual shifts.
Important Dates
- September 6th-Show and Sell dates start.
- September 19th-Pack Meeting, please bring your popcorn sale sheet. Every scout who brings their sheet and has at least one sale has a chance to win a prize!
- October 17th- Pack Meeting, please bring your popcorn sale sheet. Every scout who brings their sheet and has at least one sale has a chance to win a prize!
- October 26th-Last day to sell popcorn to family, friends, and neighbors.
- October 27th-Turn in popcorn money and orders. Tiffany will be at the Miccosukee side of Blessed Sacrament Parish Hall collecting money. All money must be collected and turned in at this time. We have a deadline with the council to submit orders so this date is not flexible but money can always be turned in earlier by making arrangements.
- November 21st-Popcorn Delivered during pack meeting. Please plan to attend the meeting or make arrangements to collect your popcorn.
Sales Goal
Each Scout has a goal of selling 15 popcorn items, not including sales at Show-N-Sell shifts.
Sale Ends
Popcorn order forms and money are due October 27th. Tiffany Wallace will be available at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church outside of the parish hall at TBD collecting completed popcorn forms and all money for those orders. If you cannot stop by to see Tiffany during that window, please contact her by email or telephone at (850) 510-3703 to make other arrangements.

Popcorn Money and Orders will be collected October 27th at the Blessed Sacrament Parrish Hall. Time TBA.
Popcorn Delivery
Popcorn delivery will be November 21st at the pack meeting.
Pack Sales Incentives
If your Scout sells over $935 in popcorn, he can go on the pack’s Annual Trip for free. If your Scout sells over $1,550, two may attend the trip for free (Scout and parent). This is a great incentive!
